We rent out apartments for their owners in Playa del Carmen for 25% of rental income. Taxes, platform fees, check-in and cleaning are included, and you receive the rest.
About El Taj
El Taj is a condo hotel on 1ra Avenida Norte at Calle 14 that opened in 2010. Its 57 residences, from one to four bedrooms, sit in two buildings: the Oceanfront and the smaller Beachside, which has a black infinity pool. The apartments are individually owned. Owners rent them through the on-site operator and through independent hosts on Airbnb and VRBO.
