We rent out apartments for their owners in Playa del Carmen for 25% of rental income. Taxes, platform fees, check-in and cleaning are included, and you receive the rest.
About Mareazul
Mareazul is a beachfront condo community on Highway 307 north of downtown Playa del Carmen, part of the Grand Coral master plan now known as Corasol. It has more than 200 meters of beach, large pool areas, a beach club, a spa, a gym, tennis and paddle courts and 24-hour security, with a golf course next door. It is about a 15 minute drive from downtown, so most guests get around by car or taxi. Units are privately owned and rented through several managers and individual hosts.
