We rent out apartments for their owners in Playa del Carmen for 25% of rental income. Taxes, platform fees, check-in and cleaning are included, and you receive the rest.
About Sabbia
Sabbia is a condo building on Calle 34 Norte near Avenida 20, in the north of downtown Playa del Carmen, about two blocks from 5th Avenue and a 10 to 12 minute walk from the beach near Mamitas. It has a pool with two jacuzzis, a rooftop solarium with jacuzzi and grill, a gym, a game room, an elevator, underground parking and a concierge. Units are privately owned and rented through several independent managers.
